ABOUT THE DEVICE

DESIGN : The S60 features a strong body made of metal, Aluminium metal of aerospace grade to be precise. It also features cushions around it which provides it with some level of shock proof. It also has IP68 certification making it waterproof under 1meter of water for 30minutes and also 99 percent dust proof making it your best companion for the outdoors. It features a 5.2 inch full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution with corning gorilla glass 5 protecting all of that from abrasion.

PERFORMANCE ; The device comes out of box with MediaTek's very efficient Helio P25 Octa Core built on a 16nm processor chip and a 900MHz Graphics Processing Unit (GPU). It also ships with 6 gigabytes of RAM and 64 gigabytes of ROM giving you all the space you could ever need for the smooth running of the device.

CAMERA : The Doogee S60 sports a 21 Megapixels back camera and a 8 Megapixels front facing camera. The camera puts into use Sony's IMX 230 sensor with an impressive 1/2.4 inch of CMOS size and you know that means clearer and sharper pictures. OTHER FEATURES : My review wouldn't really be complete if i don't mention the S60's suite of outdoor tools called the toolbox. The toolbox contains some really handy tools as the name implies which includes but not restricted to a compass, pedometer, plumb bob, pedometer and it also comes with GPS and GLONASS for global positioning. It also comes with a powerful NFC chip which makes payments a whole lot easier.

In conclusion and in my honest opinion the Doogee S60 is a wonderful rugged device that has taken the word "ruggedphone" and put a spin to it.
